ENJOY a top tribute act at Capitol Square, Witham.
On Friday, the venue in Perry Way will welcome Milli Munro as Diana Ross and Tina Turner.
More impersonators are planned to appear at on the last Friday of every month in September, October and November.
After the Double Diva show, there will be an Amy Winehouse tribute, accompanied by Pink, an Abba night and a Meat Loaf tribute.
The series of events follow the successful appearance of Witham’s own tribute act, Danny Owen, who dazzled a 250-strong crowd belting out the hits of Elvis, Tom Jones, Neil Diamond and Julio Iglesias in July.
He said: “It was sold out, so they are thinking about knocking down a partition wall to expand.”
During a globe-trotting 25 year career, Milli Munro has performed with Dionne Warwick, David Essex, Leo Sayer, Tommy Cooper, Shane Richie, Bradley Walsh, Roy “Chubby” Brown, Tony Hadley and many more.
She was also a runner-up on New Faces in 1988.
