STUDENTS are showing off their artistic talents outside the classroom.
Artwork by students at Colchester Institute will be on display this month at Colchester Central Library.
The exhibition, from tomorrow to September 30, includes paintings, drawings and photographs, as well as sculptures by youngsters studying at the Colchester Campus or the College at Clacton.
Amanda Chambers, acting head of centre for education at Colchester Institute, said: ‘‘All of our students have worked extremely hard during the year to produce their works of art, and so we’re very proud to be showcasing at the library for all to see.’’ The works will be on display at Les Livres Gallery, at the Trinity Square library, during normal library opening hours.
