Council should own up to its mistakes on Vaf

Yet we learn the vicar of Great Tey is a governor of the school which suspended a dinner lady for telling parents how their child had been bullied.

As a past governor of a school for ten years, I am at a loss as to their actions.

Schools all know the best representatives of a school are the dinner ladies. They are aware of everything that goes on and in most schools are highly prized and respected.

Both administrations refused to make public the engineering and progress reports.

Both administrations keep secret the contracts and who signed them.

Both administrations refuse to hold an inquiry into the folly in the bus park.

Both administrations ignored questions about the Vaf accounts and auditing deficiencies.

Both administrations support the future lease of the Vaf to the unaccountable Firstsite.uk.net" target="_blank">Firstsite group, which holds meetings in secret and refuses to answer questions.

Both administrations refuse to admit the openended financial guarantee to Firstsite that all deficits over the Arts Council grant for running costs would be covered.

Blaming the last administration for unsigned contracts, huge overspends and unlimited liability equally applies to the present administration.
