Fancy winning a year's council tax?
Chelmsford Council is giving away more than £1,200 to encourage residents to have a say in the future of the borough.
The council is sending questionnaires to householders asking how it should shape growth, development and planning for the next 16 years.
A completed response chosen at random will win £1,238.56 the Council Tax for a Band D property in the borough for 2005/06.
