A paint party is being held so people can help decorate the drop in lounge at Colchester Gay Switchboard.
It is taking place over next weekend at the groups Outhouse building on East Hill.
The switchboard provides a range of information and social activities for a diverse community of both sexes and all ages.
Anyone who can spare a few hours on either day should contact 01206 871394.
