Children made the most of the snow - as motorists struggled for yet another day in freezing conditions.

Temperatures dropped to -5 last night and more cold weather is predicted for tonight.
But for the youngsters it was snowmen, snowballs and tobogganing as the half-term holidays came to a end.
The council gritters will be out for a few days to come but weather forecasters are hopeful the temperatures will improve by the end of the week.
