Rochford are four points clear of nearest rivals Westcliff and will be confident of sealing the jump up in level at the struggling Norfolk club, who are third from bottom.
Westcliff will be hoping to join them by winning a second successive elevation in the other promotion spot.
The Aviation Way based side, who won Essex One last term, take on West Norfolk at home aiming to move a step closer to going up again.
Third placed Basildon still harbour promotion hopes themselves and face a tough trip to Colchester.
The Essex One game of the day sees third placed Billericay host the leaders Wanstead, who were pipped to the championship by Westcliff last season.
Fifth placed South Woodham Ferrers, who are only a point behind Billericay, travel to Thames.
And bottom club Stanford-le-Hope play host to Upper Clapton.
Runaway Essex Two leaders Canvey Island could win the championship at second placed May and Baker tomorrow.
The Islanders will be aiming to protect their 100 per cent league record with a 13th successive league victory and hope to be at full strength for the big game.
