He will travel to London to personally deliver the poignant message to Number 10 today.
The episode showed harrowing images of children in poverty-stricken Africa. Because of the disturbing shots, Connor put pen to paper and wrote to Mr Blair at Downing Street.
Connor, of Asheldham, said: "I wrote a letter to Tony Blair as I feel very strongly about world poverty and all the people in Africa that don't have clean water and food. We're a rich country and have everything but they don't even have the basics which is wrong.
"One person isn't going to make a difference but I want to show him that I care about all these poor people. I'm very, very nervous about going but excited also."
