Sibling rivalry could reach new heights as two brothers are set to contest the same Westminster seat.
Going head to head with his brother? Harwich MP Ivan Henderson 22879-1
Steven Henderson is considering standing against his brother and current Harwich MP, Ivan, in the General Election.
Divisions have grown between the two for many years, with Steven having left Ivan's Labour Party in the late 1990s.
If he decides to contest the Harwich constituency, they could make history as the first two brothers to stand against each other.
Steven Henderson, now a member of the Community Representatives Party, said: "I have had a lot of pressure put on me from different people. Almost everywhere I go, someone is asking if I am standing - I'm not ruling anything out."
A spokesman for the Electoral Commission said: "It would certainly be an unusual situation. I have never heard of it happening before."
