Phil Parkinson is looking for his side to roll-up their sleeves again tomorrow.
The Colchester United supremo wants to see the same grit and determination that has ground out two great results in seven days for the U's when they take on Bristol City in the Coca-Cola League One.
Twice his charges battled back from a goal down this week and have notched up four points in the process with a 1-1 draw at Tranmere Rovers and a 3-1 victory over AFC Bournemouth at Layer Road,
Parkinson said: "We have been aware that this season we have not been able to battle back from being a goal behind in the past.
"We went over a few things in a team meeting and we have managed to fight back against two top teams in a week and it is very pleasing."
