Already petitions are being filled with names of residents backing the call for a new hospital for Clacton and the surrounding district and improved health services.
But we still need more support. Tomorrow campaigners will be on Christmas Tree Island, Pier Avenue, Clacton, armed with petitions for both the joint Evening Gazette and Clacton Gazette campaign and the Tendring Pensioners' Action Group's own campaign.
They will be at the venue from 11am and want as many groups, organisations and residents as possible to go down to meet campaigners and show their support.
