Two men are being sought after a deaf teenager was robbed of a mobile phone in Essex.
The 13-year-old victim uses the phone to text her mother, who is also deaf. She was robbed as she walked on a cycle path between the Riverside Retail park and Arbour Lane, Chelmsford.
Two dark-skinned men tried to pull a bag from the victim. They ripped it open after punching the victim in the stomach, stealing her £340 mobile phone and £30 cash.
