Outsize cargo carrier Volga-Dnepr has won a prestigious award.
The Stansted-based airline received the accolade from the Russian Institute of Economic Strategies and Economic Strategies magazine, which named the Volga-Dnepr Group its Company of the Year 2004.
It is in recognition of the Russian airline's strategic potential.
According to the judges, Volga-Dnepr was honoured for its "successful combination of charter and scheduled transportation using the unique Antonov AN-124-100 and Boeing 747-200 aircraft".
