Businessmen and women were put through their paces both physically and mentally recently.
Some 30 members of the Maldon District Business Club turned out to see how healthy they really were at an event last week held in the town.
With New Year's resolutions a distant memory, the Maldon and South Chelmsford Primary Care Trust provided local business people with information about the importance of looking after themselves.
The event, at Quayside conference and training facility in Station Road, also gave club members the opportunity to network with other businesses.
If you are a business based within the Maldon district and would like to know more about the club, contact Chris Quilter, business development officer at the district council, on 01621 875846.
