Clacton Town are riding on the crest of a wave heading into tonight's Tendring derby against Harwich and Parkeston.
The Seasiders recorded their best result of the season on Saturday when they won 2-1 at high-flying Wroxham.
Now manager Alan Dilloway is demanding a repeat performance in tonight's Ridgeons League premier division showdown at the Rush Green Bowl (kick-off 7.45pm).
He told the Gazette: "Harwich will be fired up and we've got to match them and show the same level of commitment.
"Saturday's fantastic win will be worthless if we don't perform and get the right result.
"We've got to take all the positives into tonight's match and I'll be absolutely delighted if we show the same determination, attitude, character and grit."
