London Four North East's top two, Rochford Hundred and Westcliff, meet head on in the semi final of the Essex Intermediate Cup at Magnolia Road tomorrow, kick-off 2.15pm.

Just four points seperate league leaders Rochford and second placed Westcliff at the top-of-the-table and tomorrow's affair promises to be an exciting derby clash.

The only change to the Rochford side could see Ashley Coleridge return to the pack.

Westcliff meanwhile could be without a number of first teamers.

The Essex RFU have selected some of their younger players for a representative game on Sunday, which has forced Westcliff to reshuffle their side for the big match.

Basildon have a hard game on their hands in the other semi final at Gardiners Close. They host London Three North East top dogs Chingford, who are still unbeaten in their league this season.

Runaway Essex Two leaders Canvey Island are hoping to stay on course for the double when they host league rivals Burnham-on-Crouch in the semi-finals of the Essex Presidents Shield.

The Islanders will be without centre Joe Buckfield (ankle), but the Tewkes Creek outfit are hopeful that number eight Martin Ewins (leg) and centre Alex Breading (back spasms) will pass late fitness tests.

Rayleigh Wyverns contest the other last four encounter when they travel to Essex Three pacesetters Writtle Wanderers.
