A builder was taken to hospital after being blown from a roof.
The man was working on a house in Turner Road, Colchester, when he fell down to the next level.
Paramedics found the victim complaining of head and neck pain.
A crew from Colchester fire station helped them stretcher the patient to ground level.
He was taken to Colchester General Hospital for treatment after the fall, reported at about noon yesterday.
