A teenage transplant patient turned sports champion is getting ready for his latest challenge.

Cameron Lloyd, 14, endured a life-threatening liver transplant operation in 2002. But he was determined not to let it impede his life and he went on take his love of swimming to a new level.
Only six months after his operation, he won two gold medals and a silver at the British Transplant Games before winning many other accolades.
But as he gets ready for the highly-acclaimed World Transplant Games later this year, Cameron has also been invited on a winter sports contest aimed at raising the profile of organ donations.
The Colne Community School pupil from St Osyth will be jetting off to Poland for the World Winter Transplant Games.
But before taking part in everything from alpine skiing, cross-country skiing to slalom and snowboarding, Cameron has to learn it.
