Four Frinton beauty therapists have gained professional qualifications through Braintree College and the Government's Profit from Learning skills scheme.
The four work at Perfect Bliss and include owner Rozalind Montgomery.
The salon had faced an uncertain future, but has turned around since the training course.
Ms Montgomery said: "The whole experience really boosted our morale and has brought us together as a team."
