The French national was arrested after Michael Motley, 54, of Boleyns Avenue, Braintree, died in a crash on the A120 at Little Tey on Monday.

He is remembered by his wife Jean and his step-children and grandchildren. In a statement, the family said: "We are sure Michael has met and touched a lot of different people over the years and we know he will be very sadly missed."
