Slow down - Richard Ford is calling for action to stop speeding in Gavin Way, High Woods, Colchester, which is in a 20mph zone Picture: ADRIAN RUSHTON 40752-1
Richard Ford claims a constant stream of buses and cars break the 20mph speed limit in Gavin Way, High Woods, by travelling as fast as 35mph.
He says Colchester Council, the police and bus bosses have ignored his calls for action.
He said: "Umpteen complaints have been made about it, but nobody seems to take any notice. Before long, somebody is going to get killed."
He says he has shared his concerns with the police who told him they can do nothing.
