Tom Gould and Brian Robinson, of Braintree Council, taught pupils aged nine and ten about how to keep themselves healthy on Thursday afternoon.
Headteacher Andy Wright said: "The Fit for Fun event went very well. There were interesting things to run in and out of and crawl through. The whole school is learning about the human body this term. Even the younger pupils are learning about how their bodies work."
