The family of a woman who died in a car crash hope her organs can be used to save the lives of others.
Graham and Evie Ekins today paid tribute to their only child Clare, 23, who died on Tuesday.
In a statement they said: "We have been contacted by lots of people who have heard of Clare's death. They are all saying that 'she is someone you will never forget'."
Clare was a fervent believer in organ donation and always carried her donor card. Her parents freely gave their consent for donation of any of her organs.
She worked as a personal assistant in Stisted, near Braintree, and lived at home with her parents in Church Road, Boreham.
Clare died after the blue Peugeot car she was driving was involved in a collision with a maroon Nissan car being driven in the opposite direction on Essex Regiment Way, near Little Waltham, at 9.15am on Tuesday.
