Firefighters had to cut a woman free from her car following a crash.

The accident happened at about 1.40pm yesterday in Westway, Colchester.
A silver Peugeot car left the road and flew through the air to the other side of the central reservation, where it was in collision with the 45-year-old Colchester woman's Vauxhall Astra.
The car sustained serious front end damage and firefighters took half-an-hour to cut the woman free.
The Peugeot driver, a 19-year-old from Colchester, was ejected from his vehicle in the crash and escaped with cuts to his lip, knees and one leg.
