A judge has blasted the long delay in dealing with a herbalist who illegally sold drugs to hopeful slimmers.
The woman was expected to have been sentenced yesterday (TUES) but the case was delayed for the tenth time.
And Anna Yang, 47, will have to wait another two months to discover her fate after she admitted ten offences of selling drugs which should only have been sold by a pharmacist.
Her sentencing was delayed again after legal arguments, with Judge William Kennedy criticisng the slow progress of the case, which he said left him "dismayed".
Miss Yang, of Nobles Green Road, Leigh, was working at The Herb Garden Chinese medicine shop in Leigh Road, Leigh, when she sold drugs to members of the public.
The slimming tablets contained Fenfluramine Hydrochloride, similar to amphetamines.
She will next appear on March 18.
