Mark Kinsella will not allow an emotional return to Layer Road get in the way of three points tonight.

The Walsall midfielder - nicknamed Sheedy - returns to his old stomping ground for his first competitive match there since leaving Colchester United for Charlton eight years ago.

He may be relishing the prospect of lining up against his old club, but it will not stand in the way of his wish to collect a vital victory in the Coca-Cola League One.

Kinsella told the Gazette: "We're going there to win and maybe collect our first double of the season.

"We're only ten points off the play-offs, and I think we've still got a chance of making them."
