Jim Magilton believes cool heads are needed to help Ipswich Town get back in the Premiership.
The Blues have only lost five times in 29 League matches and sit two points clear at the top of the Coca-Cola Championship.
On the strength of that dynamite form, many people are expecting them to get promoted back to the top flight.
But, while he remains 'hopeful and confident', skipper Magilton believes cool heads are needed to finish the job.
He told the Gazette: "There's no-one in the camp stupid enough to think the hard work's already done by no means is it finished yet. We hear people talking about us on the outside and that gives us confidence.
"But we're not taking anything for granted and we're not getting carried away. We've got ourselves in a great position and now we've got to keep it going."
