WEST Ham goalscorer Moses Ashikodi hailed a second-half fightback as the young Hammers came from behind to sink Blackburn Rovers.
For 45 minutes the visitors had looked like a well-drilled outfit who probably deserved their 1-0 half-time lead.
But after the break Hammers stepped up a gear to reduce Rovers to a disjointed rabble with a four-star show ably led from the front by the powerful Ashikodi.
The former Millwall frontman, still recovering from the after effects of a flu bug, battered down the Blackburn defence to force home the 50th-minute equaliser.
And his physical presence created the opening for Hogan Ephraim's equisitely-struck goal on 70 minutes to make it 3-1.
"I got a typical striker's goal - I just charged it in," smiled the big forward. "Anything goes in my book, and we were losing at the time.
"I have to do my job - and that's what I get paid for.
"We've shown we can play our game, and we're not scared of anybody."
Tony Stokes and Mark Noble got the other West Ham goals to book their place in the fifth round at home to local rivals Leyton Orient.
