Canvey must travel again in their quest to reach the last 16 of the FA Trophy.
For, in yesterday's draw for the fourth round, they came out of the hat second to take on Southern League Premier side Aylesbury United on Saturday February 5.
The Buckingham side, old rivals of Canvey's during their Ryman Premier days, won through to this stage with a 2-1 success over Gulls' Nationwide Conference rivals, Forest Green Rovers, at the weekend.
Winning goal came from a man well known in these parts for his scoring feats -Leon Gutzmore, who netted more than 50 during Billericay's Ryman Division One promotion year in the late 1990s.
The Islanders earned their progress with a 3-0 win at another Southern Premier side, Bath City.
There's little luck of the draw for Ryman Premier Billericay Town.
If they should win next Tuesday's third round replay at Exeter City - the two sides drew 2-2 at New Lodge on Saturday - they will again have to travel to Conference opposition in the shape of Tamworth.
