Winger Luke Chadwick is tipped to become a real force in West Ham's promotion push -if he doesn't keep offending the manager!
Hammers boss Alan Pardew admitted he is excited by the transformation in the former Manchester United youngster's character ahead of tomorrow's trip to Wolves, even if it has seen a few words exchanged between them.
"He's always been a quiet lad, but now he's coming out of his shell," he said.
"That's a sign that he's got more confidence in himself - he even called me a few names recently, which I wasn't so happy with!
"Seriously, it shows he's getting stronger as a person."
