Michael Rees was the star turn in Rochford Hundred's January medal on Saturday. Rees romped to glory in Division One and easily chalked up the best net score of the day.
He notched nine pars plus four birdies in his 72-9=63 to earn a two shot handicap cut.
Second was John Frye who had seven pars and two birdies in his 79-10=69, with Mick Gill (75-4=71) in third place.
