Super-fit pensioner Charles Wake is leading a family team in a marathon run in memory of his late wife.

Charles, who is in his 70s, his three sons and their friends are taking part in the London Marathon for the Breast Cancer Campaign, in memory of his wife, Christina, who died 18 months ago.
Mr and Mrs Wake had spoken of him running the next marathon before she died, and Mr Wake said that is why the family are now committed to the event.
Mr Wake, of St Osyth, will run with sons Adam, Adrian and Simon.
