In-form Basildon matchman Alan Busby weighed in 21lb 10oz 8dr of excellent roach to take first place at Sunday's Gloucester Park Open.
The event was dominated by quality roach, with more than half of the field weighing in double-figure bags.
Busby fished the southern bank of the incoming canal at the Basildon venue.
The Basildon Angling Centre squad member used a pole and caster bait to tempt a stream of quality roach throughout the match.
