A newly-built hospital could have inadequate parking before it has even opened.

An action group claims there may not be enough parking spaces at Harwich's new £12.3 million hospital for patients, staff and visitors.

Tendring Primary Care Trust's board will meet tomorrow to decide what action to take.

One option may be to buy land for more than £200,000 at the expense of other important projects.

A report shows 156 spaces may be needed, compared with the 134 currently planned for the site in Main Road, Dovercourt.
