If it's not broke don't fix it.
That is the message from Colchester United boss Phil Parkinson, who will be taking the same squad to Swindon Town on New Year's Day that bravely secured a 2-2 draw at Luton Town on Tuesday.
With the consistency of selection, Parkinson hopes will come the consistency of performance as he looks for his players to put in the same gutsy display that saw them shock Coca-Cola League One leaders Luton on their own turf.
Parkinson said: "We want more of the same at Swindon.
"We went 2-1 down at Luton, a team that is top of the League and managed to battle back.
"That was a great test of character.
"It's up to us now to make sure that we build on that.
"I was pleased with the performance, but we've got to go to Swindon and do the same there."
Parkinson's charges are currently 18th in the table with the Robins just three points away the play-off places in tenth spot.
Swindon have also only lost three games at home this season.
