Daredevil decorator Alan Grego is hoping his head for heights won't let him down when he heads up Everest for the third time.

The Dedham adventurer sets off next month on the three-week trip with pals John Acton, of Wrabness, Tony Howard, of Holton St Mary, and John Hill, of Dedham.
In the past their Nepal treks have raised thousands of pounds for St Helena Hospice. But this year they are stepping out to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Care.
Four years ago, they continued past base camp to the summit of neighbouring peak Kala Patthar.
Alan, of Crown Street, has even completed the world's highest bungee jump to raise money for good causes.
