Money to help the victims of the tsunami is being collected in Old Heath.
Father Richard Tillbrook, the vicar of Old Heath, has said he will happily receive donations, which he will send off on behalf of the community.
Donations can be left at the vicarage at any time or taken to the church, both of which are in Abbot's Road.
Candles may also be lit in memory of the dead and the bereaved.
If you are a taxpayer donating money to charities to help those affected by the disaster, don't forget to make it clear to the organisation, in writing or verbally, that you want them to claim Gift Aid for your money.
This means the charity gets more cash without it costing you any more.
