BOTH teams left the field at the end of yesterday's 2-2 draw between Canvey Island and Woking at Park Lane with "we wuz robbed" protests.
While Gulls were adamant that the Surrey visitors should never have been awarded the 84th minute spot-kick which ultimately earned them a point, Woking themselves were upset at the legality of the host side's second goal.
Canvey coach Glenn Pennyfather said: "I was delighted with the football we played although of course I'm disappointed we didn't win.
"I was in no position to see as the incident was right over the other side.
"But my players generally, and Ben Chenery in particular, are adamant that he didn't touch their player who went down for the penalty that earned them the draw."
