Colchester United boss Phil Parkinson is hoping his side can scrap their way up the table.
Phil Parkinson - wants U's to show scrapping qualities
The U's battled out a fantastic 2-2 result against Coca-Cola League One leaders Luton Town yesterday.
However, they are still currently lingering in 18th place. Parkinson is determined, though, that with more performances like the one against Luton they will start to move up the table.
He said: "We have taken on Premiership Southampton and West Bromwich Albion in the Carling Cup (losing 3-2 and winning 2-1 respectively) and shown what we can do.
"We have played teams in higher divisions and held our own. We've gone to the top team in this division and we know we have got the quality.
"We need to add a few more qualities to our game because we're in the bottom half of the division and it's time to scrap our way out of it."
