A furious daughter has criticised care provision for her disabled father, which left him without help at Christmas.
Janet Robinson was given two days notice that care for 81-year-old disabled Frank Watts would be withdrawn.

Mrs Robinson said: "We shouldn't have to accept it just because these are elderly people. There is no way you would treat a dog like this, let alone a partially-sighted, disabled 81-year-old man."
She added: "Something like this is hard at any time of year, but it is even worse when it is meant to be the season of goodwill."
A spokesman for Essex County Council said the problems could have been down to a "misunderstanding"
