Office staff have combined a day at work with raising money for a good cause.

Staff at Joscelyne Chase chartered surveyors and estate agents in Bank Street, Braintree, continuously rode an exercise bike throughout the working day.
The aim of the sponsored ride was to raise funds for Parc, the Braintree play centre for disabled children and their families.
Peter Hutley, associate director of Joscelyne Chase, said: "It went very well and the current figure is £440, but with all the money to come in we think it will be £500.
