A rail commuter is calling for One to get its toilets working and bring relief to its passengers.
Peter Bourne travels from his Eight Ash Green home to London but regularly finds the toilets are not working on the new trains brought in last year.
The carriages have fewer toilets than the old ones but are larger to cater for disabled people. They lock automatically when sensors detect the toilet is full, but teething troubles meant the toilets were locking too soon.
Mr Bourne said: "I think it is disgusting, it hasn't got better, it has got worse. In the last three weeks they have never been working in the mornings going to London or in the evenings coming back."
A spokesman for One said: "Sensor problems were shutting the toilets unnecessarily earlier this year. The problem may have recurred on some of our trains recently and this passenger has been unfortunate to travel on trains where this has been a problem. We will keep it under review."
