After delivering around seven million pints, milkman Paul Mullinger, is swapping his trusty float for a wheel barrow.
The 58-year-old father-of-two has been delivering milk to Billericay residents for the past 38 years but has decided to enjoy his mornings in bed and take up gardening instead.
With his decorated milk float, Mr Mullinger, from Rise Park, Laindon, will be doing his final rounds next week in the town.
He said: "I started when we won the world cup in 1966."
