Southend United centre back Spencer Prior is urging the Shrimpers to continue their recent run of clean sheets.
The Seasiders' rearguard have secured three shut-outs in their last four games and the former Manchester City man is hoping that resolute record can be stretched as the Seasiders strive to cement their place in the play offs.
"We've had a few clean sheets lately and we'll take that and hopefully get some more," said the 33-year-old.
"We are beginning to learn how to grind a 1-0 win out of a game and that's good news for us as well.
"Matches this team would have lost 1-0 last season they are now winning and that is a sign of a club that is definitely moving in the right direction."
