Ipswich Town goal-hero Darren Bent has nailed his colours to the blue-and-white mast and insists he is not looking to leave Portman Road in the near future.
Goal-den moment - Richard naylor is congratulated by Jason de Vos after his vital equaliser at Portman Road.
Bent grabbed a last-minute poacher's goal as Town beat Wigan Athletic 2-1 in the Coca-Cola Championship to leapfrog the Latics into top spot in the table.
The 21-year-old has been the subject of much transfer hype in recent weeks with rumours of Premiership clubs lining up offers and his well-timed strike will have done little to alleviate that once the transfer window reopens in January.
But he reassured Ipswich fans he had no intention of going anywhere.
"I don't think a day goes past when someone doesn't come up to me and asks what is going on," he said.
"As I've said before I am happy here. I enjoy playing football here. I know everyone here and came up through the Academy here, so it would be silly to leave - especially with us being top and having a chance of getting to the Premiership."
