Congregation members fear for the future of their church after a "sickening" spate of vandalism.
St Paul's Church in Parkeston has been so badly damaged over the past few months that members fear it will have to close.
Police patrols are now being stepped up at the church. The latest attack happened just hours before a carol service - and expensive stained windows were wrecked.
Members were left sweeping up shattered glass moments before the carols were due to start.
Some were unable to kneel during the service because of debris left on the floor.
Damage caused in the latest attack, between 11am and 3pm on Sunday, is estimated at £2,000. The church has suffered attacks in July and October.
