Tributes have been paid to a driver who died in an accident.
Lorry driver Steven Drewett, 39, of Colchester, died when his Vauxhall Astra car crossed the central reservation on the A133 between Colchester and Elmstead Market on Wednesday.
Mr Drewett was travelling to work on the Clacton-bound carriageway when his car went across the reservation at about 7.15am and was involved in a collision with a Vauxhall Vectra car travelling towards Colchester.
Mr Drewett had worked for about 18 months as a delivery driver for Express International UK, on Harwich Industrial Estate, working out of Parkeston Quay.
He was described as a popular and hard-working person by a colleague at his former workplace.
The 26-year-old woman driver of the Vauxhall Vectra car, of Dovercourt, was treated in Colchester General Hospital for minor injuries before being released.
