A popular BBC television programme has chosen a north-Essex village to host its Christmas celebrations.
Viewers will see 16 families who featured on the hit documentary Little Angels enjoy their festive celebrations at Kelvedon's Crabb's Barn.
The programme, to be shown on Thursday, brings the current series on BBC3 to a close and will see 50 two to six-year-olds and their parents enjoying a get-together.
The barn, in Cranes Lane, hosts a number of events during the year, including weddings, so the event was a first for owners Geoff and Wendy Scott.
"The BBC production company contacted us back in November to see if we were able to accommodate the programme. It has been really exciting."
The hour-long show goes out at 7pm on BBC 3.
