Alex Delicata was the pick of Runnymede's swimmers at the Waltham Forest winter open, dominating the 200m events in the 9/10 years age group.
Alex secured podium finishes in all the races he competed in, winning the 200m freestyle, 200m backstroke and 50m backstroke before taking silver in the 200m butterfly behind team-mate George Smith.
Smith added to that convincing win with a silver in the 50m fly and bronzes in the 50m free and 200m breaststroke events.
Henry Newton was one of the youngest swimmers at the meet, but still grabbed three medals in the 9/10 group.
For the girls Charlotte Davis was back on top form in the butterfly events, going close to her personal bests to win the 50m and 200m 11/12 year races.
Sarah Wright took a total of six medals, winning the 50m backstroke and setting PBs in the 200m fly and 50m free races.
