Colchester Harriers held their junior awards evening and celebrated one of the most successful years in their history.
The club have gained promotion in both the southern women's and southern men's track and field league, the women moving up to division one with the men now in division three.
They also enjoyed a string of county medals at the Essex Junior Cross-Country Championships.
Nichole Leggett and Michael Holden were awarded junior athletes of the year.
The distance running awards went to Ella Neale and Lewis Gamble-Thompson, who have both excelled in their cross-country running this year.
The speed awards went to Nicola Gaisford and David Lo.
The field awards went to Vicky Wheatland and Michael Holden.
The achiever award went to Rosie Harrison, who, in just a year with Harriers, has made her mark on county and inter-county cross-country running.
The Imps award for the under-ten age group went to Rachel Gooday, for her commitment and hard work in training.
This year the adult awards were held at the club's annual dinner-dance, with the athlete-of-the-year award being shared between Catherine Holdsworth and Allen Smalls.
